Carroll Mackin Jr.
Mr. Mackin is the Founder of Nova Group Investments and the President
of Great Northern Manufacturing. He has a strong background in Engineering
and Sales earned while working for The Lincoln Electric Company (Ticker
LECO), the worlds largest welding machinery and consumables company.
Prior to starting Nova Group Investments he was a consulting manager
at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and A.T. Kearney. Mr. Mackin specialized
in operations improvement projects while working engagements for companies
such as Kimberly-Clark, Sunbeam, Nabisco, Olin Inc., and Quaker Oats
among others.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Engineering, he received
his MBA and Masters of Engineering from the Kellogg School at Northwestern
University. He is married to Jennifer Mackin, a management consultant,
and they have 2 sons, Ethan and Lake.
Neville Blakemore

Mr. Blakemore
is the Chief Marketing Officer of Nova Group and the Vice President
of Great Northern Manufacturing. He has an extensive background in sales
and marketing after working in the professional services industry for
nine years. He developed strategies for revenue generation, cash flow
optimization, and profitability maximization; provided mergers and acquisitions
counsel; drafted business and marketing plans; as well as developed
and implemented branding / marketing campaigns. With his own consulting
company before joining Nova, Mr. Blakemore worked with companies in
the de-regulated utility industry, the medical high tech industry, the
e-learning software industry, and the direct response, mass-market advertising
industry.
A graduate
of Macalester College, he holds an MBA from Boston University's School
of Management. Mr. Blakemore is married to Jessica Bird, a lawyer and
published author who writes fiction novels for Ballantine Publishing
