Great Northern Manufacturing Corporation On June 30, 1999 Nova Group Investments purchased the assets of Great Northern Manufacturing Corporation out of Chapter 11. Great Northern is a manufacturer of Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Copper specialty nails originally located in Haverhill, MA just north of Boston. The company was moved from Haverhill to Louisville, KY at the end of 2001. By implementing Nova Group principles described earlier Great Northern has been returned to profitability and demonstrated strong sales growth.
