Nova is looking for someone ready for his or her LAST job. As we build our portfolio of companies we seek an individual with strong financial skills to help guide us in our investments and management of portfolio companies. This individual will operate at the highest level of the organization and have a number of responsibilities which will include some or all of the following:
- P&L responsibility and direct management of a portfolio company
- Deal sourcing, analysis, negotiation and financing of potential acquisitions
- General managerial and advisory within specific areas of expertise working with other portfolio companies
- Assist in devising and adjusting the overall strategic direction of Nova Group Investments
Our management team is seeking to round out our skills by adding two individuals. Ideally this person will have in-depth experience in at least one of these two areas.
- Operational Finance Control and Acquisitions - A successful candidate will have experience in sourcing, financing and negotiating small to medium size deals in asset based manufacturing companies
- Industrial Marketing and Sales - A successful candidate will have experience working and preferably managing in Sales and Marketing for industrial products.
