Former Executive VP and current member of the Board of Directors of Fortis Inc. with significant financial expertise in acquisitions and valuations as a result of building Fortis to a $10 billion company, principally through acquisitions. Fortis recently announced it will go public in 2004. It is anticipated to be one of the largest IPOs of 2004

Steven Rogers

Clinical Professor of Finance and Management at the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Rogers owned and operated two manufacturing companies and a retail operation before joining the faculty at Kellogg and currently serves on several Boards

Wallace Hopp

Breed University Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Director of the Masters of Management in Manufacturing at Kellogg. He is a recognized expert in Operations and co-author of the book Factory Physics.

Rich Kobor

EVP/COO of ACS Inc. in Wood Dale, IL., the largest division of the Harbour Group, a private equity firm focused on the fundamental improvement of manufacturing companies. Mr. Kobor has held various operational leadership roles such as Director of Operations at Carlyle Compressor and Chairman of Scroll Tech Joint Venture with York International. He holds a BS in Structural Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, MS/MBA with Distinction from Northwestern University.

Jeff Bell

Jeff Bell is the co-founder and CEO of Bolt Technologies, a manufacturing firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Before founding Bolt Technologies he was Vice-President, Magmeter Business Unit, at Emerson Electric's Rosemount Flow Division. An engineer from Cornell University, he received his MBA and Masters of Engineering from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
