Nova Group Investments LLC (Nova) is building a portfolio of small manufacturing companies and turning them into great manufacturing companies. Drawing from experience in managing and advising manufacturing enterprises, we implement strategies derived from larger, world class operations that have proven effective but are not typically utilized in small manufacturing companies. We are currently implementing these strategies in companies we have already acquired which has resulted in improved revenue growth & profitability, decreased cycle times and improved customer service.

  • Revenues between $5 and $15 million
  • Positive cash flow, non distressed
• Markets
  • Native to an industrial segment where operational excellence dictates competitive advantage
  • Manufacture of the product does not require a "black art" technology
• Management
  • Company management is capable of implementing and compatible with Nova Group improvement and business process principles
  • Capable management staff that will remain long enough to effect a positive transition and transfer necessary knowledge
